DTF Printing — From 1 Piece
DTF is the most flexible option for small runs. Order 1–5 tees with photos, gradients and unlimited colors. Per-unit price is higher than screen, but there's no minimum. For 10–20 pcs with different designs, DTF is often the best value.
Screen Printing — Best From 10+
Screen printing is optimal for identical designs from 10–50 pcs. Larger runs = lower per-unit cost. Simple 1–2 color chest logo — most budget-friendly for corporate orders. On 50+ tees, screen is usually cheaper than DTF.
