Vinyl printing (film printing / heat transfer vinyl) is the most precise option for one-, two- or three-color graphics. A plotter cuts shaped PVC film (~70–100 µm); a heat press at ~150–160 °C bonds adhesive into fibers. You get razor-sharp edges without halftone dots — something neither screen nor DTF always achieves on tiny lettering.
