Printing on Thick Fabric
Hoodies and sweatshirts use fleece, jersey or blends at 280–400 g/m². Dense base holds prints well but needs higher heat press temperature. We adjust settings per fabric so ink won't crack during wear.
Popular Print Zones
Chest (A4) — classic for logos. Back (A3) — large prints and text. Sleeves — branding or numbers. On hoodies with kangaroo pocket we print above the pocket. Hood — less common but possible for back-of-head logo.

Screen printing — runs from 10 with simple design. DTF — photos and complex art from 1 piece. Puff and foil — premium merch. Vinyl — names and numbers on athletic hoodies.
