What a bulk run is here
The same file, a clear size grid, one base colour or a few colours named in advance. Ten pieces are already a reason to look at a stencil, fifty is a normal conversation, a hundred and more is the same file without rebuilding the art. Bulk does not mean we print someone else's stock graphic in piles without your file.
Why a screen, not a film on each shirt
Screen printing makes the mesh once and runs the ink in a circle. The price per piece falls on the repeat because of that, not because of a discount for the word bulk. DTF on a hundred different pictures stays a hundred transfers. On a hundred identical solids, film usually loses to a screen for the job at hand.
The size grid
Send how many S, M, L, XL and beyond, not "about a shift". An extra size sits afterwards, a missing one is short on pickup day. If some people are not hired yet, put spare into the common sizes and do not ask to print two of every size with no list.
Colour on a repeat
A second order from the same file holds colour if the ink and the base are the same. A new logo that is "almost the same" from another PDF is a different run. Keep the source. A messenger screenshot a year later will not match the first batch.
What not to drag into bulk
A face photo, a gradient and ten colours on every shirt do not get cheaper only because someone said batch. Simplify them to a solid, or print DTF and call them small runs inside a big box. Foil and puff do not go on a hundred work shirts: that is decoration, not a mark.

Summary
Bulk t-shirts make sense when the print is one. The screen, the sizes and the saved file matter more than the word bulk in the chat.
