How the workshop process runs
First we check artwork: resolution, transparent background, print-zone size. Then we print the image on DTF film with CMYK inks plus a white layer. Next comes adhesive powder fixed in a drying chamber. The finished film is placed on the garment and pressed under controlled temperature and time. After cooling we peel the carrier — an elastic, vibrant print remains on the fabric. For small orders the full cycle often fits into one business day. Which garments work best with DTF
Cotton tees, fleece hoodies, sweatshirts, polos, kidswear, bags and totes are the main carriers. It holds well on cotton blends and many polyester types. Fabric density and a flat zone without heavy seams at the transfer area matter. Caps and baseball hats are possible too, but curvature and limited area need careful placement. When DTF beats screen and vinyl
Choose DTF for small runs (from 1 piece), mixed designs, photos, illustrations or dozens of colors. Screen printing wins on the same logo from about ten pieces up — unit price drops. Vinyl is ideal for numbers, names and simple solid shapes with perfectly clean edges. Puff and foil add raised volume or metallic shine on top of base methods. Durability, care and common mistakes
With the right press settings DTF survives dozens of washes without cracking or peeling. Wash inside out at 30–40°C, no bleach, do not iron on the print. Common client mistakes: low-resolution art, lines that are too thin, printing almost into a seam, aggressive tumble drying. We check files free before production and suggest edits.
