Puff printing for salons
Puff printing for salons is mostly ordered by salon owners. The pluses are simple: a relief mark on a tee for sale, a tactile accent by the mirror, a limited capsule for a client. The ink foams to 1–2 mm; 3D TPU is not used. We leave a shift with dye and wax without volume: a wash after every shift will flatten the relief.
Segment task
A small display by the mirror: black or white cotton with a relief barbershop logo. Stylists work in a plain black tee with no volume — dye and wax do not catch on relief. The two flows lock separately. On a black base keep the mark large, without fine type.
When the method fits
Puff is for merch bought once. Volume is not put on stylist kit. Do not mix this with TPU: that is a rigid patch of another height. Puff is soft, 1–2 mm, on cotton.
How to order
Send the salon logo and say: stylist kit or merch for sale. Stylist count and sizes; for merch — display volume. We lock where puff sits.
Handover
Pickup in Sergeli or delivery to the salon across Tashkent. A merch reprint uses the stored file.
