Foil printing for salons
Foil printing for salons is mostly ordered by salon owners. The pluses are simple: shine on a gift after a cut, a metal accent on a barbershop capsule, décor for the window by the mirror. We press metal onto a base print, not as a vinyl name on the back. We leave the stylist’s black tee with dye and wax without foil: stains ruin the layer fast.
Segment task
A small roster: three to five stylists on a shift, kit stays matte. Separately they order light or pastel tees with a gold contour of the name — sold or given. The two flows do not mix in one file. Client merch is washed rarely — shine fits better there. Dye and powder on a working black base do not spare a decorative layer.
When the method fits
On a stylist’s black cotton, foil loses look fast from stains. Shine fits a light base for client merch. Keep the logo contour large — fine scissors in foil do not read. Vinyl on a stylist name tag is another method. Metal does not replace a flat mark on a spare tee.
How to order
Clarify whether this is stylist kit or client merch — we skip foil for the first. Attach the logo, a metal reference and sizes. We lock the shine base colour apart from working black. We lock the contour zone before print.
Handover
Collect the run in Sergeli or delivery to the salon across Tashkent. A few sites — one shipment or split, whichever is easier. Handover time is after the run is ready.
