Foil printing for restaurants
Foil printing for restaurants is mostly ordered by chefs and floor managers. The pluses are simple: a metal accent on an anniversary capsule, shine on a gift for a regular guest, festive décor for a closed dinner. We press metal onto an already-printed base: screen or DTF underneath, foil on the contour you pick — vinyl film has nothing to do with it. We leave the waiter polo and kitchen jacket matte: grease and a hot wash do not hold shine.
Segment task
A typical order is a cotton tee or polo for a closed dinner, a guest gift, a souvenir with a monogram: a gold or silver contour over a flat mark. Spare floor polos and kitchen jackets live in grease — those stay a matte print with no shine. The decorative-run file is signed off separately: foil zone, metal colour, mark size. We keep the base file; foil is added when there is an occasion, not when a waiter changes.
When the method fits
Foil fits when you need shine on a mark that is already printed. Keep the metal contour large: monogram, frame, year. Fine detail in foil disappears. On a chef jacket and a spare polo the shine flashes in the room and lifts in a hot wash. Vinyl cuts letters from film — names, titles. Foil is thin metal on top of print, not a plotter and not a substitute for the base layer.
How to order
Send the mark file and write that this is a guest or anniversary line. Mark the foil zone and a reference: gold, silver, holographic. Sizes and counts follow the actual capsule, not the whole brigade. We read the file, lock where the base sits and where the metal sits, then start the shop.
Handover
Collect the finished run from production in Sergeli or take a courier across Tashkent to the venue. Other cities go by freight once the box is packed. We agree packing and handover time in the thread.

FAQ
Floor and kitchen kit is a flat mark for daily laundry. Foil is metal on top of a base on a separate capsule: a guest gift, a closed dinner, an anniversary. Vinyl does not replace foil.
By the occasion, not by the shift roster: usually from a dozen to a few dozen. Spare polos are ordered separately, with no metal. A shine reprint waits for a new occasion.
Cotton tees and sometimes polos for an event. Base is pique or smooth cotton, foil zone on the chest. The kitchen jacket and the waiter spare polo stay with a flat print.
Inside out, 30–40 °C, no bleach. Do not iron on the metal layer.
