Foil printing for hotels
Foil printing for hotels is mostly ordered by housekeeping and the front desk. The pluses are simple: shine on a gift capsule for a guest, a metal accent in the boutique at the desk, quiet décor for a season. We lay metal on top of an already-printed mark, not instead of it and not as a vinyl label. We leave the white desk polo, the robe and the housekeeping kit without foil: industrial laundry lifts the shine.
Segment task
Desk polos, room-stock robes and housekeeping kits live in the laundry — those need a matte, durable mark. Foil belongs on another line: New Year merch, a VIP guest gift, a souvenir tee with the hotel emblem. Base is screen or DTF; metal sits on a monogram or a frame, small area. The main kit reprints from the old file with no shine; the decorative run is a separate layout and a separate occasion. Staff terry and pique do not mix into this batch.
When the method fits
On a terry robe and a desk polo, foil does not hold like a flat print, and in a quiet interior it looks out of place. Shine fits a cotton tee for boutique sale or a short capsule for an event. Vinyl on a staff name is another method. Keep the foil area small so the mark stays readable, not a mirror on the chest.
How to order
Say whether this is merch or staff kit — we usually skip foil for the second. Attach the logo, a metal reference, and a diagram: where the base sits, where the shine sits. Size grid and counts as a list. We lock the foil zone before we start so the emblem is not covered whole.
Handover
Pickup from production in Sergeli or delivery across Tashkent to the hotel address. Out of town — via the freight company you choose. We agree handover time when the run is packed.
