3D printing for hotels
3D printing for hotels is mostly ordered by housekeeping and the front desk. The pluses are simple: a raised accent on a souvenir cap, a tactile mark on a gift capsule for a guest, a limited patch in the boutique. This is flexible TPU 3–8 mm high, not foam puff ink. We leave housekeeping polos and room-stock robes flat: industrial laundry does not spare a patch.
Segment task
Desk polos, robes and housekeeping kits live in industrial laundry — those get a matte flat mark. 3D belongs on another line: a cap for a photo at the desk, a hoodie or tee in the boutique, a VIP gift. The patch is a spot, not a wide print across the back. First we lock TPU size and colour on a light or dark base. The main kit reprints without a patch; the decorative run is a separate file. Terry is checked before we start: not every zone holds volume.
When the method fits
3D fits when a hotel wants physical relief on a cap or a souvenir chest. Puff does not belong here: it is soft and lower, 1–2 mm of ink. TPU holds a silhouette. Wide back graphics go DTF; volume stays a spot. We do not offer the method on daily staff kit.
How to order
Send a vector logo, the garment — cap, tee or boutique hoodie — and the patch size you want in centimetres. Write that this is a souvenir, not housekeeping kit. We check scale on a test layout before the series.
Handover
We hand over the finished run in Sergeli or send it across Tashkent. To the region — freight after we agree packing so patches are not crushed in transit.

FAQ
For desk polos, robes and housekeeping kits — no: industrial laundry. For a souvenir cap, a guest gift capsule and boutique merch — yes, a spot TPU patch 3–8 mm. Puff ink does not give that relief.
The decorative line — from a few caps at the desk to a few dozen souvenirs. Main kit is ordered separately, without a patch. A souvenir reprint uses the stored file.
Twill caps, a cotton tee or a boutique hoodie. A TPU/Flex patch bends with the cloth. A staff terry robe is not taken into this line — the souvenir sit zone is locked before print.
30 °C, inside out, no spin and no machine dry. Do not iron on the patch.
Pickup from production in Sergeli or delivery across Tashkent. To the region we send by freight — packing with padding so patches are not crushed.
