Puff printing for musicians
Puff printing for musicians is mostly ordered by musicians and band managers. The pluses are simple: a soft relief on the logo, a tactile accent on the chest, a capsule at the hall door. The ink foams to 1–2 mm — this is not TPU. For the stage, artists often take another cut without volume: décor stays on merch for sale.
Segment task
The run is counted from the hall plus a reserve; black cotton, the band mark in puff, a tour date next to it flat. A tour poster on the back prints DTF. Backstage tees for the crew can have no volume. Before a tour they lock a sample. From one tee is normal.
When the method fits
Puff is for a mark a fan touches by hand after the show. Full-colour album artwork is better as DTF on the back. Wash at 30 °C inside out — relief holds shape longer. Do not mix this with 3D: TPU 3–8 mm is a patch, not foam ink.
How to order
Send the file, the concert date, volume and sizes. Say what is puff and what is DTF. We lock a sample.
Handover
Pickup in Sergeli before soundcheck. Delivery to the club across Tashkent. A tour reprint — the same or a new file.
