3D printing for musicians is mostly ordered by musicians and band managers. The pluses are simple: a raised mark on the chest, a tactile accent at the hall door, a capsule for capacity. This is TPU 3–8 mm, not puff ink. For the stage, artists often take another cut without a patch — décor stays on merch for sale.
Segment task
Before a concert they count a run for the display at the door plus a few pieces for the band backstage. An album logo or a tour symbol — in TPU on the chest; large back art — DTF if needed. Small runs are normal: 3D is printed even as one piece. A tour reprint — the same patch file. A dark base. A giant patch is not put on a thin summer tee.
When the method fits
For concert merch, 3D is about collectible relief on the chest and a cap, not about a mass flat print. Puff on black cotton is softer and lower (1–2 mm); a polymer patch holds a silhouette after washes. Wide artwork is DTF; volume is a spot.
How to order
Send the file, the concert date, volume and sizes. Name tee or hoodie, and whether you need a cap with the same patch. We lock TPU colour to a dark base.
Handover
Collect merch in Sergeli before the concert or deliver to the venue across Tashkent. One test piece can be made before the main run.
