Foil printing for local brands
Foil printing for local brands is mostly ordered by label designers. The pluses are simple: a metal accent on the logo, shine on a label, a capsule with tactile décor. We press metal onto DTF or screen on an agreed contour, not as vinyl letters. We do not cover “shop kit” in foil — this is drop décor, not sewing-floor workwear.
Segment task
A capsule of dozens of pieces: an oversized tee, sometimes a hoodie. First a sample on the chosen cloth — the designer knows the fabric and watches how foil sits on nap or smooth cotton. Puff and foil in one model are possible, but on different zones of the file. Too large a shine area flattens the look; a chest accent is better. A drop reprint is a new file or the same contour, as the label decides.
When the method fits
Foil is part of a collection’s décor, not a universal method for every drop. On thin knit a pre-test is required. Vinyl does not stand in for metal: the plotter cuts film, foil sits on top of print. Fine type in foil on cloth does not read — we enlarge the contour.
How to order
Send a tech pack or a file with zones: base, foil, other effects. Name the cloth, the run size and a metal reference. If you need a sample — write before the series. We lock how shine sits on your blank.
Handover
Pickup in Sergeli or delivery to a showroom across Tashkent. Another city — freight after the sample is signed off. The sample can be collected apart from the series.

Capsule décor on top of DTF or screen — on a logo, a label, a small accent. Not the only method for every drop and not vinyl. A test on your cloth before the series is required.
From a dozen, often one sample first. Small capsules are normal. Scale-up after a sales test.
Oversized cotton, sometimes dense knit — we look at nap. Foil on a smooth chest; puff on another zone is possible. A tech pack with base and décor zones.
