3D printing for local brands is mostly ordered by label designers. The pluses are simple: a raised patch on the chest, a tactile accent on a hood or a pocket, a capsule with physical relief. This is TPU 3–8 mm, not puff and not foil. We do not cover sewing-floor workwear with a patch — this is drop décor.
Segment task
A capsule for a show or a store opening: one brand mark in volume, the rest of the print — a flat method as designed. First a sample on your blank — cotton, fleece, sometimes a nylon jacket. TPU height and stiffness are matched to the concept: soft Flex for oversized, denser for a cap accent. A patch across a whole oversized back is not done — it breaks the cut balance.
When the method fits
For a local brand, 3D gives readable relief without a huge series. Puff and foil are another effect; a patch can sit next to flat DTF on the same garment. Puff is 1–2 mm of ink; TPU is 3–8 mm of polymer. A cloth test before the drop is required if the content is non-standard.
How to order
Send the file, the blank or its content, the run size and the drop date. Name the patch sit zone. We make a sample before the series if the cloth is non-standard.
Handover
We hand over the series in Sergeli or deliver across the city. Client blanks we take into shop storage after we agree storage terms.
