A hard deadline. Volunteers and guest merch are often two layouts: simpler and larger on volunteers. Sizes are collected ahead of time. After the festival a reprint is rarely needed.
When the method fits

How to order
Send volunteer and merch layouts, the date, counts and sizes. What goes on screens and what does not — we say before we start.
Handover
Pickup in Sergeli or delivery to the site across Tashkent. The regions go by freight; the diary follows the file date.
