Puff printing for festivals
Puff printing for festivals is mostly ordered by organisers. The pluses are simple: a volume logo at the till, a tactile accent on a guest tee, a capsule for sale. The ink foams to 1–2 mm; 3D TPU is not mixed with this method. We leave a volunteer tee flat: sweat after a shift harms relief.
Segment task
Two files: a simple mark for volunteers, larger — with puff on guest merch. The deadline locks to site opening; a reserve for damaged pieces is built into the run. A relief sample on a white or coloured identity base. The festival logo contour is simplified for relief.
When the method fits
Puff is for a line bought as a memory, not for ten hours in dust on a field. Volume gets in volunteers’ way and spoils faster. Do not mix this with a TPU patch on a cap: another height, another care. Puff is soft, 1–2 mm.
How to order
Send the date, volunteer and guest files, volumes and sizes. Mark where puff is needed. We lock the schedule before print.
Handover
Collect in Sergeli before stage build. Delivery to the site across Tashkent. Large merch — in boxes by size.
