Foil printing for bars
Foil printing for bars is mostly ordered by bar managers. The pluses are simple: a metal accent on the tee at the rail, shine on the venue name, a separate capsule for the guest. We press metal onto a base print on black cotton; we do not mix this with name vinyl. We leave the staff spare tee without foil: ice and night laundry eat a decorative layer faster than a flat mark.
Segment task
The shift washes kit every night — that gets a matte mark. Guest merch sells at the rail: oversized is fine, a larger logo, and a gold or silver contour over the main drawing. Two files in one conversation, printed as separate runs. On a dark base, silver and holographic read calmer in a dim room than gold. We keep the shift-mark file and the merch file apart.
When the method fits
Foil does not replace a full-colour cocktail print — it only picks out a contour or the name. Vinyl film cuts letters and lives on names; metal is a thin layer on top of an already-printed base. Leave spare bartenders on one or two colours with no shine. Fine type in foil on black swims — we simplify the contour so it reads from two steps away.
How to order
Write how many foil pieces for sale and, separately, how many shift pieces with no shine. Attach the logo, a metal reference and the tee model. Say whether the mark copies the shift file or is a different layout. We lock the shine zone before print.
Handover
Collect the run in Sergeli — we agree a time in advance. Across Tashkent — courier to the bar or office. To the region — freight once the box is ready.
