Night shifts mean dark base colours; guest merch can ride on the same artwork if you want. Bar managers order black or charcoal tees for the floor, then sometimes add a separate retail line for visitors. All printing happens in Tashkent — no outsourced production.

Who orders
Shift shirts take spills, citrus, and a late-night laundry cycle. Guest tees can use the same logo on a softer blank sold at the door. We keep the two lines distinct in the quote so you do not mix bar-grade cotton with fashion blanks by mistake. Puff or foil accents appear on merch more often than on dishwasher-bound staff tees.
Garments and care
Black or dark heather cotton tees for bartenders and floor staff. Retail tees in fashion weights when you sell to guests — often with a larger back print. Screen for durable one-colour marks; DTF or puff when the merch art is detailed. Sizes cover slim bar backs and oversized guest fits.

Shift teams often need six to twelve dark tees. Merch lines vary — sometimes twenty for a shelf stack, sometimes a test batch of ten. Staff and retail stay quoted separately.
