When this fits
Vinyl is plotter-cut and pressed on: letter and number contours stay sharp, with no gradients. It fits personalization, one or two colors, and small runs. Raster images go to DTF; repeating runs from about thirty pieces are often cheaper on silk-screen. For Samarkand sports series we lock font and number size early.
How to order
Send a table of names and numbers, element size, film color, and garment model. We verify each unit and placement. Price is locked in correspondence after quoting your file. Reprinting because of late changes usually costs more than a sample. Samarkand shipping is arranged after you confirm the run.
Delivery
Finished runs leave by freight, bus, or Afrosiab rail. Pickup is Samarkand bus station, rail, or a freight office.

When you need surnames on hotel-staff polos by Registan, guide names on caps, or numbers on SamSU section uniforms — each garment is cut separately. A shared logo on a large series pays better with screen. Photos are not a vinyl method.
From one piece: each name or number is a separate cut. Restaurants by Bibi-Khanym often order several aprons with job titles. A large matching mark without personalization is priced as screen.
It holds regular wash of named sets; for Bagishamol industrial wash it is combined with a screen base. On tourist-loop sun, film is more stable than thin full-color DTF on simple spot marks. Do not use aggressive solvents.
Hotels with named staff, guide agencies, SamPI sports sections, and fringe warehouses with job titles on vests. Souvenir wholesale without names almost never touches vinyl. Craftspeople mark aprons with the workshop name.
