In Fergana, sewing ateliers take puff for textured capsules; sports sections for relief; event contractors for limited merch. At Sogdiana Park and on the central avenue, street series appear. Refinery and contractor workwear more often goes without volume. FerSU joins for student merch with texture.
When this fits
Puff creates soft volume of roughly 3–5 mm by foaming. It fits street merch and sports lines. Hot washes can reduce the relief. For Fergana we separately compare puff and flat print on mixed “merch + uniform” orders.
How to order

When a FerSU club needs a tactile limited drop, not nitrogen-complex marking. The chemical complex and cotton crews stay on screen. A city drop on Mustaqillik is a rare extra scenario.
Guide 10–20 garments. FerPI clubs usually clear the threshold in one series. Site industrial batches are not priced as puff.
A gentle campus-merch cycle is fine; a daily petrochem workwear cycle is not. Al-Farghani Park sun is secondary to friction and harsh detergents.
FerSU and FerMI student groups and one-off Mustaqillik brand drops. Refining does not take relief. Wedding contractors leave puff outside main uniforms.
