In Olmazar a DTF printing order is planned around the shirt on the body, not around a preset — we look at fabric, use, and how the batch has to age. DTF is a film-transfer method: full-color art is printed and bonded to the garment through pressure and heat. DTF makes sense when either the design changes per piece, or the design is too detailed to split into flat color screens. When the run is long and the artwork is one flat color, ask for a screen printing comparison too. For Olmazar retail lines we build the film so seasonal color swaps only change one layer, not the full transfer.
Send a high-resolution file (PNG, PDF, AI, or similar), the print size, and garment model. We check resolution, fine details, and placement before production.
