In Chilanzar a 3D printing order is planned around the shirt on the body, not around a preset — we look at fabric, use, and how the batch has to age. Orders here often come from school administrations and sports clubs, and they map to layered concept merch and event apparel. Before we quote, we confirm the artwork, quantity, garment type, and how the piece will actually be used.
3D on garments uses multi-layer transfers or thick specialty inks so the artwork sits above the fabric plane. Choose 3D when a flat print would flatten the concept and the piece is priced as a design item, not a stock tee. Where the design is a plain logo, flat printing does the same job at a lower cost per piece. For Chilanzar family and school capsules we tune the relief so it stays soft against skin and reasonable for kids.
