DTF printing for factories
DTF printing for factories is mostly ordered by procurement and HSE. The plus of the method at a factory is narrow: a full-colour mark or a trial run for one brigade, when they are not yet running the whole shop through a stencil. Workwear for industrial laundry usually means large matching runs without décor — that is not DTF’s main flow. We close a photo and a gradient on ten kits; hundreds of one-colour jackets we leave to screen printing.

We check the layout against labour safety: contrast, no shine. If the brief is “every shop, one colour” — we say at once that a transfer is not the main path. Brigade numbers, if they move, do not go in a shared file.
When the method fits
A factory is almost always screen printing. DTF is the exception: a trial, a colour mark, a short series.
How to order
Send the brief, logo, kit counts by shop and a size grid. Write the wash cycle. We say which method is main here.

Collect the run — Sergeli. Large shipments go by freight, diary in advance, boxes by shop.
