Puff printing for dance
Puff printing for dance is mostly ordered by choreographers. The pluses are simple: a soft relief on the studio mark, a tactile accent on a keepsake tee, a capsule after a recital. The ink foams to 1–2 mm — this is not TPU and not foil for the stage. We leave a stretch costume without volume: the splits will crack the relief.
Segment task
A few weeks before the concert they collect sizes from parents and lock the studio name and year. A puff logo on the chest is for photos with the hall after the bow; numbers on stage sit on other cloth. The deadline is hard to dress rehearsal. A sample on cotton without strong stretch. Foil for the stage, if needed, is ordered separately.
When the method fits
Put puff on dense cotton if they will not do splits in that same tee after the concert. Elastane and a bridge — DTF, or the relief cracks. Do not mix this with 3D TPU: another height and another sit. Puff is foam ink 1–2 mm.
How to order
Send the file, a size table and the concert date. Say whether this model will stretch — we will pick the cloth. We lock puff or a flat print.
Handover
Collect in Sergeli before rehearsal. Delivery across Tashkent to the studio. The concert date is the main deadline anchor.
