3D printing for sports clubs is mostly ordered by coaches and club directors. The pluses are simple: a raised emblem on a cap, a tactile crest on a fan hoodie, a capsule for a supporter. This is TPU 3–8 mm, not puff ink. We leave match mesh with a number without a patch: sweat after a game is no friend to volume.
Segment task
Before the season they lock crest-patch size on a locker-room cap and on merch at the till. Numbers and surnames on the kit back are vinyl or DTF; 3D does not replace them. When the club emblem changes they change the patch file; players with numbers only change flat labels. A large patch across the back is not put on — it gets in the way of movement. The file is checked before the run starts.
When the method fits
3D is for a crest on a cap and a fan line, not for digits on the back. Puff on an emblem will smear after frequent washes; TPU holds a silhouette with careful care. The polymer bends with the knit, but match kit after every game is better left flat.
How to order
Send the club emblem as a vector, name how many patches for caps and merch, and home-kit colours for reference. A surname table — separately if you need vinyl on kit. We lock patch size before print.
Handover
Kit without a patch and caps with a patch we hand over in Sergeli or deliver across Tashkent. Patches on caps are packed with padding so the relief is not crushed.

By roster plus a display at the till — usually from fifteen patches. Kit with numbers is counted separately. A new player gets an emblem reprint on merch; a surname on kit is changed with a flat method.
