3D printing for guides is mostly ordered by independent guides. The pluses are simple: a raised mark on your own cap, a tactile accent the group uses to spot the lead in a square, a small personal capsule. This is TPU 3–8 mm, not puff ink. We leave a dusty route tee flat — volume is saved for the cap and a spot on the chest.
Segment task
The run is small — from one piece, not a corporate hundred. A typical case: a guide sends a monogram or a simple route symbol, we make a 4–6 cm patch for the cap. A name on the tee back is flat DTF; volume stays on the cap. Sometimes a second patch is added on a polo for hotel meetups. Sign-off is one pass in messenger.
When the method fits
3D for a guide is a cap and a spot mark, not a puff inscription across the chest. A polymer patch holds shape in sun and rain. A wide tee print is not covered with this method — only an accent. Puff is softer and lower: 1–2 mm of ink, not 3–8 mm TPU.
How to order
Write how many caps and tees, attach a logo or back text separately for the flat layer. Name cap colour and the patch size you want. We print one piece too — we lock the file before we start.
Handover
Collect finished pieces in Sergeli or take delivery across Tashkent. One cap can go by courier on the day it is ready — we will confirm with the order.

Yes — from one cap with a raised mark. This is a personal accent, not an agency hundred. A patch on the visor is recognised in a crowd; a name on the tee back is a separate flat method. TPU 3–8 mm, not puff.
Usually 1–5 caps and as many tees or polos. A micro-run is normal. A one-piece reprint from the same file without redoing the whole series.
