Puff printing for martial arts
Puff printing for martial arts is mostly ordered by section coaches. The pluses are simple: a relief mark on a souvenir for an open tournament, a tactile accent on the emblem, a limited capsule for spectators. The ink foams to 1–2 mm; 3D TPU is not used here. We leave a warm-up tee without volume: sweat and a 40–60 °C wash will flatten the relief.
Segment task
A black or navy base, a white or red club mark. Before a contest they reprint a run with a relief emblem on the chest; kids’ and adult sizes in one order. Warm-up tees for sweat are separate, without volume. Lettering on a gi zone is a separate talk about cloth; puff does not go there.
When the method fits
Puff is for a festive run that is worn rarely. On a section tee after the hall, volume does not hold. Do not mix this with TPU: that is harder and higher. Puff is soft, 1–2 mm, only on souvenir cotton.
How to order
Send the section logo and say: warm-up tees or tournament merch. A size table for kids and adults. We lock where relief is needed.
Handover
Pickup in Sergeli before the tournament date. Delivery across Tashkent to the gym. The deadline locks to the event — name the date with the order.
